The betosfer Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. betosfer does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If betosfer becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, that data will be deleted immediately and the associated account will be suspended.

betosfer will not charge a fee for processing data subject rights requests unless the request is manifestly unfounded or excessive, in which case betosfer may charge a reasonable administrative fee or decline to act on the request, with written reasons provided.
betosfer's primary data processing infrastructure is located within the Philippines. Where betosfer engages third-party service providers whose servers are located outside the Philippines (for example, cloud infrastructure providers), betosfer ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your personal data in accordance with RA 10173 and NPC guidelines on cross-border data transfers.
Such safeguards may include contractual clauses approved by the NPC, adequacy decisions, or other legally recognized transfer mechanisms. betosfer will not transfer your personal data to a jurisdiction that does not provide an adequate level of data protection without your explicit consent or a valid legal basis under Philippine law.
